Good quality residential front yard / back yard lawn. Select Turf has a universal use seed blend like Supreme Turf, is dark green in color and has a medium to fine blade texture. Select Turf is grown to be weed free with special attention being given to that difficult weed - Poa Annua. Looks like Supreme Turf but is not grown on a sterilized soil base. May contain the odd sprig of Poa Annua therefore will not make Supreme Turf (Premium) quality however its quality is well above the quality required for standard grade.

Standard

Standard Turf is most commonly used in commercial settings such as road boulevards and new subdivision retention ponds. It is used around buildings of lower profile and for general purpose backyards. Standard has a universal use, seed blend like Select, it is dark green in color and has a medium to fine blade texture. Looks like Select or Supreme but is much lower quality as it will contain more noticeable amounts of Poa Annua.

Easy Lawn 2000

This is our lowest maintenance selection and would be most suitable in either a quality residential or commercial type setting. Easy Lawn 2000 contains a high percentage of non-aggressive fescue (40% Creeping Red Fescue and 30% Hard Fescue). These fine leaf fescues have a needle type blade appearance and are known as very slow growers. Easy Lawn 2000 requires little fertilizer and because of it's massive root system, will tolerate summer drought periods with no irrigation. This results in a lawn that will produce a low volume of grass clippings without future thatching problems. Easy Lawn 2000 is grown on the same weed free soil as Supreme and is therefore a Premium Grade.

Supreme

Our highest quality universal use lawn. Most commonly used for residential and show lawns. A Supreme lawn has a rich dark green color and a medium to fine blade texture. Supreme is cultivated on a sterilized soil base to assure a weed free product.

Shade

Most commonly used for residential and show lawns that may experience partial light areas. Shade turf is grown on the same weed free soil as Supreme and because of the higher Fine Fescue it is very drought tolerant as well. Although it has a slightly finer blade texture, Shade Turf will blend with and can be used with Select and Supreme.
